These terms govern your use of the KROMO website and waitlist. By joining the waitlist or using this site, you agree to them. Please read them — they are short.
About KROMO
KROMO is a social prediction game launching on iOS. In the app, you will use a virtual in-app currency to make predictions about real-world events, compete on leaderboards, and play with friends. The currency cannot be purchased, and KROMO is not gambling. This website promotes that upcoming app and lets you join its waitlist.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years or older and located in the United States or Canada to join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a promise of access, a particular launch date, a position in any queue, or any product or benefit. We may change, delay, or discontinue KROMO or the waitlist at any time.
Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Submit false information or someone else's email without permission.
- Sign up by automated means, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the site.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse the site's content or branding without our permission.
Intellectual property
The KROMO name, logo, design, text, and graphics on this site are owned by KROMO or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you no rights to them except to view the site for its intended purpose.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us. By joining the waitlist you also agree to that policy.
No warranties
This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KROMO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KROMO is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
